That was quick. Regular season of high school basketball ends this week as district play wrapped up Saturday. Several teams are starting to hit their stride coming down the stretch, this will make for a competitive playoff. Here's a look at this weeks top 5:
#1 Dwyer - The game of the week happened Tuesday night in Palm Beach Gardens as Dwyer beat district rival Forest Hill and secured the top spot in the 13-8A championship.
#1 Wellington - Wellington finished another undefeated week and will finish the regular season undefeated baring upsets from Village Academy and Berean Christian.
#2 Lake Worth - Lake Worth took care of business Friday night defeating then #2 Forest Hill at home. The Trojans have been impressive all season and look to close out the regular season strong. .
#4 Forest Hill - The Falcons went toe to toe with two perennial Palm Beach County basketball programs and proved they belong. Forest Hill will be a tough out come playoff time.
#5 Palm Beach Lakes - The Rams are playing their best basketball at the right time of the year as they ride a 5 game winning streak into the final week of the regular season. They will need to keep the momentum in order to advance in the district playoff.
Some nice match-ups as teams closeout the regular season.

This game will feature two of the top juniors in the state, RJ Duhart and Ben Lubarsky. Should be a great test for both teams as they prepare for the playoffs.

Atlantic vs Palm Beach Lakes
Both Atlantic and Lakes have played tough schedules all year, it's only fitting they close out the season against each other.
